Much like a real workplace has various hierarchies, a workplace in WorkDo has three levels for employees to communicate and collaborate. The workplace, group, and buddy levels have their own settings for different types of collaboration.
WorkDo Network operates in the same manner, only that you can use it to collaborate with customers, partners and clients who don’t share the same workplace with you.
Workplace, Group, Buddy Settings
STEPS │ App
- On the workplace page.
- Enter Workplace, Group or Buddy Settings.
- Workplace Settings │ Click the Workplace Settings on the upper-left-hand corner.
- Group Settings │ Click the Groups tab on the workplace page then swipe right on the group to enter its settings.
- Buddy Settings │ Click the Buddies tab on the workplace page then swipe right on the buddy to enter its settings.
- Personal Settings in the WorkDo Network │ Click the Personal Settings on the upper-left-hand corner.
- The available options in the settings are dependent on member’s authority.

- Select the Groups or Buddies tab on the workplace page. The workplace page itself is the workplace level.
- Enter Workplace, Group or Buddy Settings.
- Workplace Settings │ Click the gear icon on the workplace page.
- Group Settings │ Click the icon then the Groups tab. Select the group and click the gear icon for its settings.
- Buddy Setting │Click the icon then the Buddies tab. Select the buddy and click the gear icon for its settings.
- Personal Settings in the WorkDo Network │ Click the gear icon on the workplace page.
