How do I disable the split-view chat windows in the WorkDo web version?

By default, the split-view chat window is activated in the web version of WorkDo, but you can disable it if you so desire.

Enable / Disable Split View Mode
Plan:All plans
Permission:All users
Interface:AppWeb

Steps:

  1. Click the icon in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Click App Settings.
  3. Click Chat Settings.
  4. Eneble / Disable Split View Mode.
    • Enable │ Allows split view of chat windows.
    • Disable │ Disallow split view of chat windows.

 

Reminder
  • The Split View Mode setting is applied to all chatrooms.
