Fortunately, you came to the right place!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>When employees are <a id=\"faqs-link\" class=\"ewd-ufaq-post-margin\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.workdo.co\/en\/ufaqs\/1034\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">suspended<\/a>, <a id=\"faqs-link\" class=\"ewd-ufaq-post-margin\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.workdo.co\/en\/ufaqs\/1154\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">terminated<\/a> even <a id=\"faqs-link\" class=\"ewd-ufaq-post-margin\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.workdo.co\/en\/ufaqs\/1157\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">deleted<\/a>, <b>so long they haven&#8217;t left the workplace, all their chat histories, posts, files, records and data are still intact<\/b>. However, when they have left the workplace, then things will be a little different.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">1 \u2502 Buddy Level<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When an employee leaves the workplace, <a id=\"faqs-link\" class=\"ewd-ufaq-post-margin\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.workdo.co\/en\/ufaqs\/1058\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">all colleagues are unbuddied<\/a>, therefore, <b>posts and chat histories between buddies are all erased<\/b>. So please be sure to inform the workplace members and have them back up all necessary posts and files before their departure.<\/li>\n<li>With the exception of chat histories, all posts can be restored if the resigned employee rejoins the workplace and adds their buddies back <b>within one year<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">2 \u2502 Group and Workplace levels<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Chat histories are retained for 5 year.<\/b> \u2502 <a id=\"faqs-link\" class=\"ewd-ufaq-post-margin\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.workdo.co\/en\/ufaqs\/1075\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">All messages<\/a> sent in the group or workplace chatrooms are retained for up to 5 years, including texts, photos, videos, locations, stickers and audio messages.
