So be sure to properly set each employee&#8217;s type in the Profiles, which is call Employment Type here.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a id=\"faqs-link\" class=\"link ewd-ufaq-post-margin\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.workdo.co\/en\/ufaqs\/1152\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Adjusting employee profiles.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>STEP 3 \u2502 Overtime hours not allowed.<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><b>Work Hours in the HR tool<\/b><br \/>\nOvertime refers to the set work hours of each employee, and employees can&#8217;t apply for overtime hours that fall within their regular work time.
