Wrong date? Incorrect amount of leave days? Fret not! If you want to adjust something on your leave application, you may use any of the methods to rectify your request.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cancel \/ Withdraw.<\/li>\n<li>The manager rejects the leave request.<\/li>\n<li>Adjust by the HR Staff.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">1 \u2502 Employee: Cancel \/ Withdraw<\/span><\/b><br \/>\nWhen a leave request has not been approved, the applicant could cancel it. If it has been approved, the applicant could withdraw it, but the manager will have to approve it. You may refer to <b>STEP 2-d of the Leave Tool Manual<\/b> or <b>STEP 3-b of the Leave Pro Tool Manual<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">2 \u2502 Manager: Reject the Request<\/span><\/b><br \/>\nIf the leave request has not been approved, you may inform your direct manager of the error and ask him\/her to reject the request as shown in <b>STEP 2-e of the Leave Tool Manual<\/b> and <b>STEP 3-c of the Leave Pro Tool Manual<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">3 \u2502 HR Staff: Request Adjustment<\/span><\/b><br \/>\nWhether your team is using Leave or Leave Pro, the correct methods of retracting a leave request are always to cancel, withdraw, or have the manager reject it.
