Well, WorkDo&#8217;s customizable notification settings will make sure that you always stay on top of things!<\/p>\n<p>WorkDo&#8217;s notifications settings can be personalized to users&#8217; preferences, including chat notifications, event notifications, and even the daily to-do list notifications, etc.<\/p>\n<p><span><b>In rare circumstances, notifications may be delayed due to a number of reasons. Should this occurs, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot the problem.<\/b><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"secondary\">\n<h5>Troubleshoot Notification Delay<\/h5>\n<div class=\"icon\">Plan\uff1a<span class=\"active\"><a id=\"faqs-link\" class=\"ewd-ufaq-post-margin\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.workdo.co\/en\/pricing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">All plans<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"icon\">Permission\uff1a<span class=\"active\"><a id=\"faqs-link\" class=\"ewd-ufaq-post-margin\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.workdo.co\/en\/ufaqs\/1064\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">All users<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"icon\">Interface\uff1a<span class=\"active\">App<\/span><span class=\"active\">Web<\/span><\/div>\n<p>Troubleshoot\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Relaunch the app or web browser.<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>App \u2502 Exit the app and update WorkDo to the latest version and log in again.<\/li>\n<li>Web \u2502 Close the web browser and open a new browser and log in to your WorkDo account again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Make sure the device notification permission is grant to WorkDo.<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Device \u2502 Check the WorkDo is allowed to send notifications by your device&#8217;s notification settings.<\/li>\n<li>PC \u2502 Click the lock icon in front of the URL in your web browser to change the notification settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Check your WorkDo <a id=\"faqs-link\" class=\"ewd-ufaq-post-margin\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.workdo.co\/en\/ufaqs\/1092\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">notifications are turned on<\/a>.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Maintain a stable connection.&nbsp;<\/b><br \/>\nIf you are on traveling at a high speed, ie., on a high-speed train or on the freeway, a stable connection may not be maintained on your device, resulting in the dealy. Please make sure your device has a stable connection and relaunch the app.<\/li>\n<li><b>Check the cellphone signal reception.<\/b><br \/>\nIf you are in areas where signal coverage is weak, you may experience a delay, please check with your service provider. It will be fixed when you have returned to areas with a stable connection.<\/li>\n<li><b>About dealy on iOS 13.<\/b><br \/>\nWe have identified that some users may experience notification delay using iPhones running on iOS 13.
