Right click then svae the file for the web version.<\/li>\n<li><b>Copy Link<\/b><br \/>\nShare the group QR code as a link and share it as you would normally.<\/li>\n<li><b>Refresh QR Code<\/b><br \/>\nThe group QR code doesn&#8217;t expire, however, in certain situations, you might want to refresh it. Simply click the <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4382\" src=\"https:\/\/portal.workdo.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Icon-03-Function.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"24\" height=\"24\" data-wp-pid=\"4382\"> icon on the QR code screen and select Refresh to update the QR code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"secondary\">\n<h5>Invite New Members into Groups via Add Members Method<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li><a id=\"faqs-link\" class=\"ewd-ufaq-post-margin\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.workdo.co\/en\/ufaqs\/1158\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Enter the Group Settings<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Click Add Members.<\/li>\n<li>Select an invite method.\n<ul>\n<li><b>Workplace Roster<\/b> \u2502 Select members from the entire workplace roster.<\/li>\n<li><b>Groups<\/b> \u2502 Add members from your other groups into the current group.<\/li>\n<li><b>Buddies<\/b> \u2502 Select from your buddy list into the current group.<\/li>\n<li><b>Scan QR Code<\/b> \u2502 Scan a QR code to join the group.<br \/>\nThis is an app-only function.
