Approvals Now Support Categories<\/span><\/strong>
\nOnly the tool administrators are able to define and edit Approvals categories. To find out your permission, click the \u201cDo\u201d icon and select \u201cApprovals\u201d, click the small information icon next to the \u201cApprovals\u201d tab to see your tool permission.<\/span><\/p>\n

To define or edit Approvals categories simply click the \u201cDo\u201d icon and select \u201cApprovals\u201d, then and click \u201cMore\u201d and select \u201cManage Categories\u201d to set your categories.<\/span><\/p>\n

Email Notification Setting<\/span><\/strong>
\nIn the 3.6 version of WorkDo, you can choose to turn on\/off email notifications. Click the \u201cWorkplace Settings\u201d in the workplace domain to set the email notifications.<\/span><\/p>\n

*Accounts with only cell phone numbers tied to a workplace and are without emails will need an administrator to use the web version of WorkDo to fill out an email address in the employee profile.<\/span><\/p>\n

Join Workplace<\/span><\/strong>
\nAccounts with unassigned workplace domain can now be added by workplace administrators with this new function.<\/span><\/p>\n

Employee Leave Records can be Viewed in Leave Pro<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Enhanced Search and Sort Functions are Added to Notes, Files and Albums<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Most Recent 7-Day and 30-Day Search Filters are Added to Workplace Statistics<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
